BaseballCloud is proud to announce its partnership with the DownUnder World Series, held in Redlands, Queensland from April 3rd through the 8th, 2023. The tournament saw young baseball players from Australasia showcasing their skills in front of MLB Scouts and USA College Baseball Coaches, with the potential to secure baseball contracts and college scholarships.
The DownUnder World Series is a tournament focused on supporting local baseball and aims to help participants become better Club, State, National, and International players. The tournament was a huge success, with players from all over Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan competing against each other.
As part of our partnership with the DownUnder World Series, BaseballCloud provided analytics reports for all participants in the event. In conjunction with the DownUnder World Series, BaseballCloud published a leaderboard at the end of each day of the tournament, ranking pitchers by pitch velocity and batters by exit velocity.
BaseballCloud's partnership with the DownUnder World Series marks our first entry into the Australian market. We are excited to bring our cutting-edge technology to the region and help young players develop their skills and reach their full potential.
