You have the right to delete your account at any time. To delete your account, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to the address in the "Contact Us" section at the bottom of this privacy policy
- Include the email address used to setup your Aura Mobile account
Your request will be processed within 7 business days. Upon deletion of your account, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our systems, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes. A confirmation email will be sent to the address on file.
